The Concept Design phase establishes a clear direction for your project, balancing your brief, aesthetic, functionality and budget from the outset. This is where the key design decisions are established — from space planning through to colour and material direction.

For larger renovations, the tender process is typically managed by the builder, with our documentation providing the detail required for accurate pricing and a clear understanding of the design intent.

02. Design Development
With the concept approved, the Design Development phase takes the agreed direction and develops it into a cohesive, detailed design. This is where the design is resolved across plans, elevations, custom joinery, lighting, materials, fixtures and 3D visualisation, giving you a clear understanding of how the space will come together before documentation and construction.
05. Construction
Throughout the Construction phase, we support the project as it moves from documentation into reality, responding to builder and trade RFIs and attending site meetings and visits.
This ongoing involvement helps maintain design intent, clarify details and address design-related issues as they arise throughout the build.
03. Detailed Documentation
The Detailed Documentation phase translates the approved design into precise, buildable information for your builder and trades. Every element is detailed and scheduled for quoting and construction, providing clarity around joinery, materials, fixtures and finishes. This level of documentation helps minimise uncertainty, costly errors and assumptions on site, creating a smoother and more accurate build.
06. Furnishings
This important part of the project unifies the space through considered furniture, artwork, decorative elements and lighting.
Where included, the studio will manage the selection and procurement process, coordinate deliveries and oversee installation and styling. We work on a cost-plus basis, providing access to trade-only suppliers and products while making the most of the client’s furnishings budget.
